Thank you this is most helpful.. My doctor insists that I’m not in my Perimenopause cause I still have periods .. Even tho they are stupidly heavy .. The list of symptoms is very informative. I feel as tho I have them all! It’s nice to know I’m not losing the plot .. ;)

Just tell your doctor to test you for menopause all it is, is a blood test not loss to the doctor but validation for you.

Thank you so much for sharing .Its an eye opener, even Doctors dont share such in-depth of manopause phase .We women really go through a toughest time of life in this phase
